Happy First Sunday of Advent! I want to welcome you to the first annual Advent Blog-Hop.
I participated in a Writing Blog-Hop a few months ago and I LOVED the concept. It was easy for a lot of people to participate, share each others posts and learn about each other. I always like to do something on my blog during Advent and Lent but at the same time Advent is such a BUSY time of year I knew I couldn’t handle blogging daily but I wanted something meaningful.
After participating in the writing blog-hop I saw other blog-hops on different topics popping up and I thought that would make an awesome ADVENT series. No one has to do all the work and we can learn about other peoples Advent traditions, reflections, thoughts and find new blogging friends. A win-win for everyone.
This is how the blog-hop will work. Every Sunday I am going to post a recap about the series. I’ll post links of the posts from the previous week and mention the bloggers we will be hearing from in the next week. Make sure to follow me on Twitter and Facebook as I’ll be sharing the post of the day there as well. And I’ll be adding the posts to my general Advent Pinterest board.
I’ll be adding a link-up tool at the bottom of the post each week as well so if you want to join in you can add your new and old advent posts as well for everyone to enjoy. We have some great topics this advent and I’m looking forward to hearing from everyone!
